SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Project consists of development of existing unoccupied space within the Construction Trades Building (otherwise known as the Rybicki Center) into a New Classroom for 11th and 12th grade students. Building is wood pole-type construction and contains 7,976 SF, of which 777 SF is to be renovated for this Project. Renovations include selective demolition of certain interior elements and expansion of existing Mechanical Room, all new interior finishes, new ceiling, lighting, HVAC system, emergency lighting and other related electrical, mechanical and plumbing items and minor exterior improvements.
