SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Van Buren Intermediate School District is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of shingle roof (approximately 6900 sq ft) for the Learning Center Annex located at the Bert Goens Learning Center, 705 S. Paw Paw Street, Lawrence, Michigan 49064. The projects consists of complete tear off of existing shingle roof down to plywood deck and installation of new 30 year Certain-Teed Landmark shingles and as specified in the Scope of Work. Bid packets will be distributed at mandatory pre-bid meeting June 19, 2012 at 10:00 am.
