SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District will receive sealed Bids for the following: Removal and replacement of the existing floor covering and base in specific areas at the TBA ISD Career Tech Center and Arnell Engstrom Administration Buildings as indicated on the Construction Documents. It is the intent of the Owner to start work on the Arnell Engstrom Building portion of the project immediately following award of contract and on the Career Tech Center portion of the project on or before June 10, 2013 following completion of the 2012-2013 school year and following award of contract, with completions as early as possible.
