SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Summit Academy Request for Proposal for Technology Document Purpose The purpose of this “request for proposal” is to provide interested computer companies information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals (i.e. quotations) for consideration by Summit Academy, for laptops and desktops for the 2011-2012 school year.  The point of contact with Summit Academy is Annelise Woitulewicz (734)941-0498 or  annelise@summit-academy.com. Specifications may be found on www.summit-academy.com. In order to be considered for selection, proposals for laptops and desktops must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked “technology” no later than 1:00 PM on June 27, 2011 at the Summit Academy Central office, 30100 Olmstead Rd., Bldg. B, Flat Rock, MI 48134. All proposals/bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 p.m. on June 27, 2011 at the Academy’s Central Office.  The company must possess a successful track record documenting satisfactory delivery of services. All vendors submitting proposals must provide familial disclosure and attach this information to the proposal. The proposal will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or key employee of the vendor submitting a proposal and any member of Summit Academy. The School will not accept a proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.  Summit Academy expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals, and to accept that proposal which is in their best interest. Issued by Direction of the Board of Directors Summit Academy
