Cut and remove flooring and concrete Replace pipe and tie in existing branches Tie new pipe to existing good sewer line Replace existing cleanout in hallway Replace concrete  Replace flooring with best possible match as approved by B&G Supervisor Camera line as proof of proper working condition Provide camera footage to Buildings & Grounds Supervisor Alternate 1: Replace entire poured floor with new poured floor Alternate 2: Replace entire poured floor with vinyl tile to match surrounding flooring
