St. Joseph County ISD Career Technical Educational - AgriScience Request for Proposal (RFP) 62445 Shimmel Rd Centreville, MI, 49032 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - TRACTOR The Career Technical Education (CTE) AgriScience program located at Centreville High School plans to purchase a used tractor with a buddy seat for the purposes of teaching tractor safety and to use on site at the Future Farmers of America (FFA) land lab. PROPOSAL CONDITIONS All proposals must be sealed. The proposing entity’s name and address must appear on the outside of the envelope. The words “CTE AgriScience Tractor Proposal” must appear on the envelope. Questions during the bid period can be addressed to Angela Tesman, Human Resources Manager, atesman@sjcisd.org or at 269-467-5418. All questions are required to be submitted on week prior to the bid date. Proposals will be opened on September 23, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. either on site or virtual see below: If the Executive Order 2020-42 is extended, which now states that “All in-person government activities at whatever level (state, county, or local) that are not necessary to sustain or protect life, or to support those businesses and operations that are necessary to sustain or protect life, are suspended.” Depending on the situation we may hold a virtual bid opening but if the law allows (and the ISD desires) we will allow in-person attendance for the bid opening as well. Please see our website at www.sjcisd.org, for the virtual invite and more information 2 days prior to the bid opening. Each proposer is responsible for submission of its proposal. No proposals shall be accepted after the due date. No award will be made at the time of opening.
