SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
St. Joseph County ISD and ISD Local Districts invites proposals for the employment and comprehensive personnel management services for any or all of the following categories of employees: Substitute Teachers Substitute Paraprofessionals The selected services provider will implement and provide all personnel management, payroll, training, benefits, and related services required under federal and state law and by the terms of this RFP and any subsequent contractual agreement(s) necessary to sustain the staffing levels of any or all of the above listed employee groups in St. Joseph County. Proposals are due no later than February 26, 2016 at Noon. Each proposal must be an original and hard copy, and signed by an authorized member of the proposer’s firm. The proposer shall also submit with signed original of its proposal two (2) complete copies of the signed original proposal. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Proposals must be sealed, bear the name and return address of the provider; be clearly labeled “Substitute Management Proposal”; and be directed to Kelli Dechnik, Director of Finance & Operations, St. Joseph County ISD, 62445 Shimmel Rd., Centreville, MI 49032. The St. Joseph County ISD Board of Education has the right to accept and reject any and all bids.
