SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The School District of the City of Saginaw is accepting bids for small voice activated badges for Ruben Daniels Middle School. The two key components of the badges should be the software that controls and manages call activity and a badge that is lightweight, wearable, voice-controlled device that operates over a wireless LAN. This will allow users to instantly communicate with others throughout a building. All supplies must be received and invoiced by September 30, 2013. Bids are due no later than 2:00pm, Friday, May 3, 2013. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole, or in part, and to waive informalities therein, and to award the contract as it deems in its best interest.
