SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed bids marked "SHACC Relocation - General Contract" will be received for constructing adolescent health care treatment rooms, offices, and rest rooms within the 2,750 square foot former graphic arts room in the Sault Area High School, 904 Marquette Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The project will be a lump-sum General Contract and will include plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Performance and payment bonds will be required.
