Orchard View Schools is accepting proposals for the implementation of energy management equipment and modernization for the buildings in the District, on an energy savings performance contracting basis. A mandatory bidder’s conference and district walk through will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 10:00am. The meeting will be held at the Administration Office Conference Room, 35 S. Sheridan, Muskegon, MI 49442. All bids must be received on or before 2:00pm on December 20, 2012. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Orchard View Schools, Attn: Jack Timmer, 35 S. Sheridan, Muskegon, MI 49442. The bid packet can be picked up at the Administration Office between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or at, beginning November 20, 2012. The Orchard View Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received.
