SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Orchard View Schools is accepting proposals for the implementation of energy management equipment and modernization for the buildings in the District, on an energy savings performance contracting basis. A mandatory bidder’s conference and district walk through will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 10:00am. The meeting will be held at the Administration Office Conference Room, 35 S. Sheridan, Muskegon, MI 49442. All bids must be received on or before 2:00pm on December 20, 2012. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Orchard View Schools, Attn: Jack Timmer, 35 S. Sheridan, Muskegon, MI 49442. The bid packet can be picked up at the Administration Office between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or at www.orchardview.org, beginning November 20, 2012.
