SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Saginaw Covenant Academy is located in Saginaw, Michigan. The Board of Directors is seeking proposals for employee leasing services including all aspects related to the administration of the personnel functions. It is expected that all employees will be employed by the Vendor which will serve as the sole employer for the individuals assigned to the Academy.
