Sealed bid proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors by Midland Public Schools for 2012 Sinking Fund Renovations for Adams, Dow High, Eastlawn and Plymouth. Requests by Contractors for inclusion as Bidders shall be addressed to the Project Manager, Jeff Bates, Wolgast Corporation. One (1) set of Bidding Documents will be provided to each contractor furnishing a plan deposit fee of $100.00 per paper set and $0 deposit for CDs through Wolgast Corporation. Plans may be obtained by contacting Project Administrator, Lisa Donahue, at Wolgast Corporation.
