SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

MICHIGAN TECHNICAL ACADEMY will accept bids for CERAMIC TILE – Bid Package 3C related to its renovation of and addition to its building located at 19940 Mansfield, Detroit, 48235. Plans and specs available at https://sites.google.com/a/mtacademy.us/sample/2012construction and jenkinsconstruction.com Sealed bids are due by the date listed under Deadline for Bid Responses, above, to 23750 Elmira, Redford, Michigan, 48239. All timely received bids will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting to begin immediately after the bid deadline. Bids must include a sworn, notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Directors or the Superintendent. The Academy WILL NOT accept any bids without a sworn, notarized familial disclosure statement. Bids also must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the quoted price. The Academy WILL NOT accept any bids without a bid bond. The Academy reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
