SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

This RFP solicits the following services that will be engaged during the SUITE Design and Construction phases for current DIFS technology projects: „X Discovery: Developing an understanding of DTMB's environment, issues, and goals through information review, site visits, and discussions with designated DTMB staff and DIFS stakeholders. The one (1) Senior Business Analyst and two (2) Business Analysts will analyze the current technology and DIFS functional requirements to prioritize and validate and/or develop process maps. The Senior Business Analyst and the Senior Project Manager will work in concert with the Implementation Vendor to develop/validate process maps for the modernized system. „X Assessment and Analysis: Identifying and analyzing issues, opportunities, costs, and options based on an understanding of DIFS¡¦ functional requirements, DTMB's environment, best practices and market knowledge. „X Recommendations: Defining and developing recommendations based on discussion of issues, opportunities, options, costs, tradeoffs and requirements resulting from discovery, assessment and analysis. The Core Project Consulting Team will work closely with the Agency stakeholders and the Implementation Vendor to validate the costs and work effort to configure or enhance OBASE and the modernized system to address current and future functional requirements. „X Implementation Planning:  Defining and documenting implementation plans, including discussions, validating/revising and finalizing the migration from OBASE to the Modernized System for each of the Department¡¦s Offices. „X Closeout: Finalizing deliverables and completing all activities associated with closing out the project and contract.
