SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Project consists of conversion of existing campus maintenance building in to new Construction Trades Classroom for 11th and 12th grade students. Building is wood pole-type construction and contains 7,976 SF, of which 7,200 SF is to be renovated for this project. Renovations include selective demolition of certain interior elements and creation of new ramp, new stair to existing mezzanine, new handicap toilets, new dust collection system with make-up air, emergency lighting and other related electrical, mechanical and plumbing items. Also included is a new stand-by emergency generator to be installed adjacent to the main campus building.
