SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Official plans and specifications may only be secured from the office of the Architect located at 1118 West Front Street, Monroe, MI., 48161. A deposit of $50.00 per set is required, the full amount of which will be refunded to each actual bidder upon return of all documents in good condition to the Architect within 7 days after date of contract award. Failure to return documents within the period stated, shall forfeit the full amount of deposit for each set, except if prior arrangements may have been made with the Architect. An additional, separate check of $10.00 non-returnable charge will be required on all sets mailed. Limit of (2) sets to Prime Contractors and (1) set to Sub-Contractors. Additional sets may be purchased at $50.00 each.
