SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Ludington Area Schools is soliciting proposals to replace its High School Gym roof. Bid documents will only be made available at a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. which will be held at the Central Business Office, 809 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, MI 49431. Sealed proposals for this project must be received at the address above by 2 p.m. June 12, 2014.  Bids will be publicly opened immediately after this time.  Ludington Area Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities as its Board deems its interest to be.
