Advertisement for Bids Kent Intermediate School District The Kent Intermediate School District will be accepting electronically sealed bids with 5% Bid Security for Digital Control Upgrades. Bids will be electronically due May 10, 2013 at 10:00am at www.BidSync.com. Faxed or emailed bids will not be considered. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Specifications will be available on Monday April 29, 2013 at www.bidsync.com.  A pre-bid meeting will held at Kent ISD Facilities Office, 1655 East Beltline NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 on May 2, 2013 at 8:00am. (Parking Lot 4, Entrance E-1) Bidders must attend to submit a bid.  All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Kent ISD School Board or the Superintendent of Kent Intermediate School District. Kent ISD shall not accept a bid that does not include this statement.
