SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Grand Valley State University is accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and capable firms to provide online travel booking for University Wide use on an “as-needed” basis to various departments and individuals via an online booking process. This request for proposal is for a five (5) year contract period and we are requesting guaranteed pricing for a five (5) year period. Grand Valley State University reserves the right to renew the contract for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments. Renewal(s) will depend on pricing and level of service received during contract period. Reference attached terms & conditions, instructions and specifications. Respondent(s) are cautioned to read the information contained in this RFP carefully and to prepare their response providing all information requested in strict accordance with the RFP instructions as set forth herein.
