Specifications: a. Remove existing floor covering as necessary. Dispose of all materials in contractor-provided trash container. Contractor is responsible for removal of all waste materials. b. Remove existing base molding and dispose of as above. c. Scrape and prep floor per manufacturer’s specifications. d. Supply and install new rubber cove base according to floor plan: Roppe 4” Rubber Cove Base Color to be Determined
