COMSTOCK PARK PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT TO BID Bid proposals will be received by Comstock Park Public Schools, located at 101 School St NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321, by mail or hand delivered by 2:00 p.m., local time on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012. The District will not open, consider or accept any bids received after the date and time specified above. All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and attach this information to the bid proposal. The bid proposal will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district, or the Superintendent of the school district. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located in the amount of five (5) percent of the Base Bid amount(s). The district will not consider a bid proposal that does not include the required bid security. Bid Package No. 2 Stoney Creek Elementary School – Additions and Interior Remodeling Comstock Park, MI 49321 Bid documents will be available for examination and distribution after February 1st, 2012. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 8th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Stoney Creek Elementary School located at 200 Lantern Dr. NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding and to accept bid alternates.
