SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Project includes work at Comstock Park High School in Comstock Park, MI. The scope of the overall Stadium Improvements Project generally consists of: site & building demolition; earthwork, paving & concrete for a new entrance plaza, new construction of press box & maintenance building. There are (8) different work scope categories listed below to cover all necessary trades. The following is a listing of Bid Categories for Bid Package 5 Stadium Improvements. All work relative to the Bid Package is identified on plans and specifications as prepared by the Architect. Each Bid Category description identifies the scope of Work to be performed by the Bidder as designated by CM. BID CATEGORIES 03 00 00 – CONCRETE 04 00 00 – MASONRY 05 10 00 – STEEL 06 10 00 – GENERAL TRADES (includes divisions 8 thru 10 responsibilities) 07 54 00 – ROOFING & METAL PANEL 23 00 00 – MECHANICAL/PLUMBING WORK 26 00 00 – ELECTRICAL/TECH INFRASTRUCTURE WORK 31 00 00 – SITE WORK/ PAVING/LANDSCAPING (includes divisions 32 & 33) Bid documents will be available for examination and distribution after October 28, 2013.
