SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Proposals will be received for the following work categories in accordance with drawings and specifications as prepared by French Associates, Inc., of Rochester, Michigan. Bid Categories include; BC 1: General Trades,BC 2: Drywall/Accoustical, BC 3: Resilient Flooring & Carpeting, BC 4: Painting, BC 5: Mechanical, BC 6: Electrical. R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc., is the Constructional Manager on the Project. Please do not phone, fax, or mail bids to the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager and Architect will conduct a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Please meet in the Board room of the Baker Administration Building.
