SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
This project consists of a Site Circulation and Pavement Rehabilitation project located at the Cedar Trails Elementary. General description of work includes: removal and stockpiling of topsoil, mass grading, storm sewer, underground storm detention system, new staff parking lot, relocation / replacement of exterior light fixtures, milling of existing HMA and new HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walkway, striping, signage, spreading topsoil seeding and final restoration.
