SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

A single story insulated precast concrete bearing wall construction with long span steel joists, acoustical metal deck, insulated and topped with single-ply roof construction. Corridor extensions, three new restrooms, gym-size multipurpose room, and six varying size instructional spaces. Aluminum windows, storefront and entry doors, plastic laminate doors and cabinets, hollow metal frames and door hardware, glazed masonry walls, ceramic tile, carpeting, acoustical lay-in ceilings, vinyl coated gypsum board, metal stud walls and painting. Rooftop and unit ventilator HVAC system, electric power and lighting, and classroom display units.
